Randeep Hooda Buys Versova Apartment for Rs 5 Point 63 Crore

The Villa Versova GH has been purchased for luxurious living by Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda for around Rs 5.63 crore, as per the documents procured by Square Yards from the Inspector General of Registration Portal. Although the transaction was sealed in June 2025, this purchase established Hooda as yet another jewel in a growing list of celebrities who have been investing in the upscale Versova-Andheri West corridor.

The said dwelling is housed in Bianca CHS Ltd., having an area of 142.19 square metres built-up (approx. 1,530 sq ft). Rs 33.78 lakh stamp duty and Rs 30,000 registration fees were also paid by the buyers.
