In a landmark transaction for Mumbai’s luxury real estate, Piramal Realty has successfully closed the sale of a penthouse and duplex apartments worth over Rs. 100 crore in its flagship project, Piramal Mahalaxmi.

This record-setting deal—part of the project’s exclusive Magnificent Seven Penthouse Collection—marks the highest-ever single buyer transaction at the development and reflects growing demand for ultra-luxury residences in South Mumbai. Spanning 13,000+ sq. ft. of carpet area, these homes occupy the top floors of the Central Tower, offering breathtaking views of the Mahalaxmi Racecourse and Arabian Sea.
