Maia Estates Secures Rs. 120 Cr for 'The Seven' in Bengaluru

Maia Estates has secured Rs. 120 crore in funding from Arnya, a leading real estate investment firm, to develop its upcoming luxury residential project, The Seven, in Basavanagudi, South Bengaluru.

Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026 and is expected to be completed by 2029.

Spread across 6 lakh sq. ft., The Seven will feature twin 36-storey towers offering spacious 4BHK+ residences designed to embody seven elemental principles — Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Space, Integrity, and Community.
