Macrotech Set to Roll Out Rs. 19,000 Crore Projects across India's Prime Cities This Year

Lodha experts at Macrotech Developers Ltd in Mumbai plan to release Rs. 190 billion worth of residential properties across Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune and Bengaluru during the current fiscal year with high demand for housing properties.

Macrotech Developers Ltd intends to launch 17 residential projects totaling 13 million square feet in 2025-26, surpassing the 10 million sq ft projects released during the last fiscal year with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 140 billion.

Macrotech aims to experience rapid expansion across Pune and Bengaluru according to Sushil Kumar Modi. Pune pre-sales recorded a year-on-year increase to Rs. 25 billion during FY25 up from Rs. 18 billion in the previous fiscal year. The Bengaluru market division of the company generated Rs. 8 billion from sales during the previous fiscal year and expects to double that number by FY26. The company intends to allocate Rs. 80 billion this year to buy land in MMR along with Pune and Bengaluru areas for future expansion purposes. Future business ventures worth Rs. 250 billion will find backing in these planned investments.

“In 2024-25, we invested Rs. 70 billion for new business development and acquired 10 land parcels with Rs. 237 billion in potential revenue,” said Modi, Executive Director–Finance.

The real estate development company Macrotech Developers aims to achieve Rs. 210 billion in new bookings during the current fiscal year which represents a 20% increase over the previous year's Rs.  176.3 billion booking volume. The company achieved a consolidated net profit of Rs. 2,764.3 crore (Rs 27.6 billion) in FY25 that exceeded the previous year's profit of Rs. 15.5 billion. Total income grew to Rs. 141.7 billion from Rs. 104.7 billion because of yearly growth. Macrotech Developers achieved successful real estate delivery of 100 million sq ft while planning to expand another 110 million sq ft development within its current and anticipated projects.
