La Branca Villa 4, a Holiday Home Designed by Naina Nagpal, the Creative Director of Vianaar

La Branca is Vianaar’s newly designed 4BHK villa in Siolim, completed towards the end of 2024 as a holiday home for a family to enjoy Goa’s lush landscapes. Set amidst a forest with towering trees, the villa reflects Indo-Portuguese architecture with its arched corridors, rustic finishes, and a design that feels both grounded and grand. Just 15 minutes from Vagator and Anjuna, it offers a peaceful retreat while staying connected to Goa’s vibrant life.

A defining feature of La Branca is its large glass windows, allowing soft, natural light to flood every room and offering expansive views of the greenery outside.

The grand arched corridors lend an old-world charm, while the chunky detailing in the living room adds warmth and depth. The colour palette is earthy and understated. Soft greys and beiges with pops of black, terracotta, and brick tones, creating an atmosphere that is both refined and deeply rooted in Goan aesthetics.

Stepping outside, the beautifully landscaped garden leads to a private pool, where a stone deck and cement-tiled seating area provide the perfect setting for long, relaxed afternoons. Designed for comfort and convenience, the villa also includes staff quarters, ensuring a seamless experience.

Each bedroom has its own distinct ceiling design, adding a touch of character, while the bathrooms, finished in IPS with beige and terracotta floors, offer a warm, understated elegance.
