Hiranandani Enters Pune! Signs First-ever Joint Township Policy with Krisala Developers

With the signing of its first-ever joint development deal for 105 acres with Krisala Developers, the Niranjan Hiranandani Group has announced its much-awaited debut in the Pune real estate market.

The Integrated Township Policy will be used to create the residential, commercial, and retail spaces in the North Hinjewadi project.

Phase I of the collaborative development, which spans 30 acres and has the potential to produce at least 3 million square feet of real estate, has begun.

With an anticipated turnover of about Rs. 2,100 crore, Phase I is expected to require an investment of about Rs. 500 crore. Apartments, villa plots, branded homes, and recreational facilities will all be included in the development to give buyers a more complete living experience.

The goal of this strategic partnership is to bring together the Hiranandani Group's vast brand experience and Krisala Developers' strong local expertise. From project execution to land development and clearances, both organizations are committed to a smooth integration.
