Greenbay Infrastructure, a company based in Delhi NCR, has unveiled The Monarque, a luxury residential project worth Rs 400 crore located along the Yamuna Expressway, and is expected to generate a topline of Rs 1,000 crore.
The Monarque is a 4.22-acre project that is a part of Greenbay Golf Village, a 100-acre township by the developer in Sector 22D of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area. Marked as a renewed effort, the project is the developer's return to the premium housing segment.
The company highlights that the Monarque is a reflection of the developer's belief in the long-term prospects of the corridor of the Yamuna Expressway, a region that is developing very fast and is becoming one of the most promising real estate growth hubs in NCR.
Key Highlights
In three 28-storey towers, 300 luxury units of the size of 3.5 and 4.5 BHK are to be built, and the owners of these units will be the high-end buyers who are in search of exclusivity, privacy, and resort-style living, according to the spokespersons of the industry. The market insiders expect that the price per unit will be between Rs 2 crore and Rs 3 crore, and the completion of the project will be by 2029.
On the occasion of the announcement, Mohit Kumar, Head of Strategy at Greenbay Infrastructure, said that The Monarque, with its architectural brilliance and stunning golf-side views, has redefined luxury living. He further added that the project strengthened the region's transition to a major real estate destination.
