By FY 2024–2025, Godrej Properties acquired 14 pieces of land parcels in significant Indian cities to construct housing, hoping to earn revenues far greater than the forecast Rs. 20,000 crore.
Besides suggesting that they might surpass the same goal this year, Pirojsha Godrej said he hopes the company can maintain this trend going forward. Numerous major cities like Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Indore are part of this throughout land purchasing activity.
Having hoped to achieve almost Rs. 14,000 crore in value, IREO purchased five hundred acres of land in Delhi-NCR, out of which three are located in Gurugram and two in Greater Noida.

The company bought an additional asset in each of Pune, Ahmedabad and Kolkata and included two more in MMR, Bengaluru and Indore. It continues to rely on partnering with landowners and also purchasing property to help its company grow.

Besides building group apartments, Godrej Properties has also introduced planned buildings in tier-II cities. The business wants to strengthen its strong growth and bright future in Delhi-NCR by launching projects worth Rs. 40,000 crore in the next financial year.
