Ganga Realty, a real estate company based in Gurugram, is looking to allocate Rs.1200 crore for a high-end housing development in the same city. According to a statement released on July 1, the project is anticipated to yield approximately Rs.2000 crore in revenue.
The development will cover 5 acres in sector 85 of Gurugram and will consist of three towers, one of which will be the tallest residential tower in the city, featuring a ground-plus-59 storey building. The company has announced that the project is anticipated to be finished within the next five years.
The corporation announced its plan to allocate Rs.1200 crore towards the creation of a high-end residential complex called Anantam in Sector 85, Gurugram.
Situated in proximity to Dwarka Expressway, the Global City project, NH-8, and just a 20-minute drive away from IGI Airport.
The company announced its intention to reach a sales goal of Rs.2000 crore through this project.
Ganga Realty plans to finance the project's construction using internal earnings and prepayments from customers. This marks the company's second high-end housing development in the area, as stated by the company.
The joint managing director, Ganga Realty,Vikas Garg mentioned,"The project reflects our goals of advocating for sustainable living by leveraging intelligent and precisely calibrated technologies."
He also mentioned that the company has decided to complete the project and handover the apartment within next five years.
The development will include 3 and 4 BHK apartments, as well as a servant’s quarter and a utility room. There will be a total of 524 units, with prices starting at Rs.16,500 per sq ft. The 3 BHK units will have a size of 2392 sq ft, while the 4 BHK units will be 3101 sq ft.
