Four Seasons, the world's largest luxury hospitality company, has made history in India with the arrival of its Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai in the prestigious Worli district. The record-breaking 64-storey ultra-luxury tower, jointly developed with Provenance Land, is one of the world's tallest branded residential buildings and 80 percent of its 41 sumptuous homes have sold.
“In a city renowned for its vibrant culture and as one of South Asia's most important commercial markets, this opening marks a major milestone for Four Seasons." stated Bart Carnahan, President, Global Business Development at Four Seasons.
Key Highlights:
The homes range from full-floor 3 bedroom configurations to expansive 5 and 6 bedroom duplexes, providing unobstructed views of the Arabian Sea, Vastu-compliant layouts, and state-of-the-art home automation. Gensler and Yabu Pushelberg designed the project, blending contemporary sophistication with ageless planning. Residents also get top-shelf amenities, such as a private club, pickleball court, and outdoor cinema on the 65th floor. They also have sole access to the refurbished Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai adjacent to it.
