Emaar India, affiliated with Dubai’s Emaar Properties in India, declared on June 2 that it will use rupees Rs. 400 crore to produce its first elite high-rise property called ‘Elite Oasis’ in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow.
The project, spread over 2.923 acres, will have 194 units. The price range is Rs. 2.75 crore to Rs. 4.15 crore.
"The total investment for the project is Rs. 400 crore and the expected revenue is Rs. 650 crore," the company said in a statement. The development will be next to Gomti Greens and look out towards the Gomti River. There will be a new clubhouse in the project, covering 2870 sq m (30,892 sq. ft.) of floor area.
There are various residential units in the project, including 3BHK + U and 4BHK + U (two types), created to meet the dreams of everyone looking for elegant living. The cost of 3BHK homes will be within Rs. 2.75 crore to Rs. 2.90 crore and for 4BHK homes, it will be from Rs. 3.87 crore to Rs. 4.15 crore. The nearest airport is 17.7 km away and the location is also just 10.2 km from the Gomti Nagar railway station.
