DS Group expands Radisson Blu Guwahati with new facilities

Dharampal​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Satayapal Group (DS Group) has taken a significant stride in its hospital growth in North East India by announcing a major expansion of Radisson Blu Guwahati. By adding 85 new rooms, the hotel’s total inventory is growing from 280 to 365, and a 25,000 sq. ft. convention centre purpose-built for the hotel is also being added.

The centre includes a 15,000 sq. ft. hall without pillars, which can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Now, Radisson Blu Guwahati is the largest integrated convention and accommodation facility in the region due to this centre.

With this expansion, the hotel is positioned to facilitate the rising demand for large-scale conferences, exhibitions, dances, and business meetings in the city of Guwahati, which is turning into a key economic and administrative hub of the Northeast.
