Central Park Launches Selene with Blockbuster Response

Leading luxury real estate, Central Park has announced the launch of Selene, an exclusive tower of fully-furnished serviced residences at its 3.818-acre integrated township, Flower Valley in South Gurugram.

Being developed in Sector 32-33, Badshahpur Sohna Road, South Gurugram, Selene comprises 353 studio and one-bedroom serviced residences, along with 38 high-treet retail outlets. The construction is being managed in-house, with work scheduled to begin in the last quarter of 2025, and project delivery expected by 2030.
