BPTP Plans Premium Housing Project on Gurugram Dwarka Expressway

Real estate company BPTP Group is investing nearly ₹3,000 crore to build a luxury glass-façade housing project on Gurugram's Dwarka Expressway, anticipating revenues of nearly ₹6,500 crore from sales. Spread over 12.05 acres in Sector 102, the project falls within BPTP's total 150-acre integrated township complex and will come up in three phases, offering around 1,600 apartments.

The first phase, Amstoria Verti Greens, entered the market earlier this year and will have 885 units. The second phase, GAIA Residences, recently launched, will feature 531 luxury glass-façade apartments with prices starting at ₹3.85 crore.

Residents will enjoy a range of lifestyle facilities spread across an area of 1.75 lakh sq ft, some of which are sky gardens in both the towers, a yoga deck at 400 feet for peaceful meditation above the city, a library lounge at 300 feet, and a co-working lounge at 200 feet.
