The Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar made a real estate transaction involving the sale of his Lower Parel Mumbai office space for Rs.8 crore in property registration documents seen by Square Yards. The commercial building became more valuable by 65 percent after Kumar made the purchase for Rs.4.85 crore in 2020. Vipul Shah and Kashmira Shah finalized their purchase at One Palace Lodha with two parking spaces in addition to their office space through an April 16, 2025 transaction.
