Aamir Khan Rents 4 Luxury Flats in Bandra Pali Hill

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has reportedly leased four luxury apartments in Mumbai’s elite Pali Hill area for a combined monthly rent of Rs 24.5 lakh, according to property registration records accessed by Zapkey.com. The rented flats are located in Wilnomona Apartment on Nargis Dutt Road, an address known for its high-profile residents and upscale living.

The move is said to be temporary, prompted by the redevelopment of Virgo Cooperative Housing Society, where Aamir currently owns around 12 apartments. The Virgo CHS project is being handled by Atmosphere Realty, a joint venture between the Wadhwa Group, MICL, and Chandak Group. Once completed, the new development is expected to feature ultra-luxury sea-facing residences, with some units possibly priced over Rs 100 crore.

“Aamir Khan’s shift to Wilnomona is a transitional phase until his redeveloped property is ready,” said a source familiar with the development.

The lease spans five years starting from May 2025, with a 45-month lock-in period. The agreement includes a security deposit of Rs 1.46 crore, and an annual rent escalation of 5 percent. The apartments were leased from Wilfred Anthony Jose Pereira, with two transaction registrations completed on May 20, 2025.

Interestingly, Aamir’s temporary home is just 750 metres from Shah Rukh Khan’s Puja Casa residence, where the latter is staying during renovations at Mannat, his iconic bungalow.

As of now, both Aamir Khan and the apartment owner have not commented on the lease details.
