Lords Hotels Reports FY2025 Growth and Expansion in India

Lords Hotels & Resorts

Lords Hotels & Resorts has reported strong financial and operational performance for FY2025, achieving double-digit revenue growth amid a mixed macroeconomic environment for the hospitality sector.

The Indian hotel industry benefited from a rise in domestic tourism during FY2025–26, which improved occupancy levels and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).  Additionally, changes in GST rates created greater uniformity in pricing, supporting affordability in the mid-scale segment. Global geopolitical developments, including Operation Sindoor, ongoing conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, and trade-related tensions with the United States, impacted energy costs and inbound travel patterns.

Key Highlights

  • Lords Hotels posts double-digit revenue growth and improved RevPAR
  • Added 18 new properties across India and Nepal in 2025
  • Focus on operational efficiency, sustainability, and guest experience

Extreme weather events also posed operational challenges in select destinations. Despite these headwinds, Lords Hotels & Resorts’ revenue growth was bolstered by higher occupancy rates, increased average room revenues, and strong contributions from food and beverage operations.

In 2025, the group added 18 new properties across locations such as Bettiah, Bhopal, Chintpurni, Gir, Goa, Joshimath, Katra, Kota, Mandi, Nanded, Purulia, Rajkot, Sagara, Salangpur, Sanand, Shivamogga, Udaipur, and Chitwan (Nepal). This expansion aligns with the company’s goal of operating 100 hotels by 2030.

Financial and operational highlights include revenue growth driven by RevPAR and food and beverage operations, operational efficiency through process optimization and technology adoption, and enhanced guest experience via curated service protocols. The company has also implemented sustainability initiatives, including energy-efficient operations and waste reduction programs.

Pushpendra Bansal, COO, Lords Hotels & Resorts commented, “2025 has been a landmark year for Lords Hotels & Resorts. Our strong financial performance reflects not only the resilience of the hospitality sector but also the trust our guests and partners place in us. With continued expansion, sustainability-driven initiatives, and a focus on authentic guest experiences, we are confident of sustaining this growth momentum into 2026 and beyond.”
