Juniper Hotels Wins DDA Land for Luxury Hotel in Dwarka

Juniper Hotels

Juniper Hotels Limited has been awarded the license rights to a 2.52-acre prime land parcel in Sector 23, Dwarka, by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) following its successful bid, with the Letter of Award received.

It will be developed and operated in the site which is a strategic position close to the Yashobhoomi India International Convention and Expo Centre and Delhi International Airport, which will support Juniper in its strategic expansion in the National Capital Region (NCR) hospitality market.

Key Highlights

• 500 keys luxury hotel near Yashobhoomi and Delhi Airport.
• Juniper’s total inventory in NCR to exceed 1,000 keys.
• Demand driven by strong business travel and MICE segments.

This expansion is accompanied by Juniper concentrating on the big format and big box hotels and possession of top-notch assets in the largest urban centers in India. Nevertheless, since Aerocity has only a few areas of expansion, the new land of Dwarka is a logical continuation of the expansion of NCR.

The Chairman and Managing Director of Juniper, Arun Saraf explained the project as a great milestone in their strategic roadmap that enhances their presence in NCR and prepares them to receive the future growth in the investment of luxury and business travel in India. The growth is projected to meet the growing demand of company travellers, international MICE visitors, and the high-end leisure clientele.
