Espire Hospitality Partners with Marriott International

Espire Hospitality has established a strategic alliance with Marriott International to construct a high-end resort which will operate under the JW Marriott brand in Kosi Kalan Mathura district. The project will enhance premium hospitality services in developing areas which extend beyond established metropolitan centers. The JW Marriott Kosi Kalan Resort and Spa project will begin construction in 2029 across a 14-acre development area.

The resort positions itself as a luxurious high-end resort which combines contemporary high-end amenities with the cultural and spiritual heritage of the Braj region. The building will provide approximately 150 guest rooms and suites which include villas that have their own swimming pools together with various dining options and wellness centers and leisure facilities. The property will contain both banquet and meeting spaces which make it appropriate for hosting weddings and events and corporate functions.
