
Adani Group has taken a strategic step to expand its presence in real estate and hospitality by setting up three new subsidiaries which will develop airport city projects throughout important Indian cities.
The entities have been established through the step-down business branch of Adani Airport City Ltd which will manage their operations in Navi Mumbai and Ahmedabad and Guwahati.
The group plans to develop complete urban systems which will surround the airports they operate while utilizing the increasing need for business facilities and travel services.
The three new subsidiaries Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City Ltd, Adani Ahmedabad Airport City Ltd and Adani Guwahati Airport City Ltd will develop both real estate projects and hospitality ventures. Their scope includes construction of commercial buildings, as well as hotels equipped with facilities such as restaurants, banquet halls, and business centres.

The integrated model transforms airport areas into active business districts which match current worldwide practices that use airport-related developments as major economic engines.
The group maintains complete control over development and execution through its establishment of each company as a wholly owned subsidiary which received an initial capital investment. Adani develops complementary infrastructure and services to unlock value from its extensive airport land holdings.
This expansion directly supports the group goal of investing $15 billion into airport operations until the year 2030 to expand passenger capacity and develop airport facilities throughout India.
Adani plans to diversify its revenue sources through its airport ecosystem by combining real estate and hospitality services which will also strengthen its position in infrastructure and urban development markets.
