He had 3,500 budget homes to deliver, and incorporated Vastu-compliant designs with modern amenities. Hiranandani Group aims to use Tier-2 city real estate growth in areas like Panvel and Thane, with affordable housing development, without compromising on quality.

Gaurav Pandey, Godrej Properties
Gaurav Pandey, CEO of Godrej Properties, has been at the forefront of making housing affordable, having implemented projects that included Godrej Nest in Noida and Godrej Emerald in Mumbai, including over 3,000 units priced below Rs. 45 lakh. Under his stewardship, Godrej Properties reached Rs. 29,444 crore in sales bookings in 2024-25. Pandey has been focused on growth in real estate development in Tier-2 cities like Lucknow and Panipat.

Pandey is a strong advocate of leveraging AI-powered design tools and IGBC-certified developments, incorporating smart home technology, including automated lighting and security systems. He has also been making strategic acquisitions, a 7.8-acre plot in Hyderabad for Rs. 547.75 crore that has a potential buildable revenue of Rs. 3,800 crore.
